This offering is an 11 inch by 14 inch Fine Arts Silver Gelatin Print picturing a vintage race car at speed. It was captured at Lorain County Speedway, Ohio on July 28, 1979. On that day the Speedway hosted a Vintage Race Car Meet featuring numerous antique racing vehicles. The hand crafted print is titled and signed by the artist in black ink. This low resolution Net image doesn't do the print justice (great feeling of speed).

Here we see the speedster at the end of the back straight-away just setting up for the high banked turn. The car is beautifully restored and the driver, complete with period driving suit, is showing a lot of body English, streamer flying in the wind (see detail). All the details and notes about this race have been lost and as a result we are unable to identify the driver or the make of the car. Can anyone help us with details? What ever it is and who ever he is, They're very cool. This great image (very decorative) makes a great gift for any automotive enthusiast.
